new details about the shooting in santa cruz that left three people dead. this is video from a helicopter partnership with abc seven news. the third person has been identified as jeremy goulet and the man who police say shot dead earlier guest at officers earlier yesterday afternoon. >> a card is also identified officers were killed in the line of duty. police a sergeant loren butch baker, a 28 year-old veteran of the department leaves behind his wife and two daughters. and idetective elizabeth butler extended year veteran, was also killed she leaves behind two young son sun. >> police say, there are following up on a sexual

america's cruise kremlin this morning. it is in the area of 15th avenue and w awona avenue. kron fours jackie sissel is live on the same, the morning jackie. >> good morning james. >> you can see the water line on some of the cars. i just arrived about 15 minutes ago. us look at video. thousands of gallons of water rushing into the street into cars, into nearby houses. what we are being told it sounds as if it may be a 15-16 in. water main break. it also may be a sewage line. obviously that will complicate things. >> public works officials along with fire crews in san francisco police officers are blocking off the intersection try to get the water out of the street. they want to start the cleanup process. it may take a while. as it appears the water has been shut off. i

do not see any new water coming into the street. in fact if we come back out like we can see in the corner it appears as though we're starting to see the water dissipate through the storm drains. this is a lot of water. it appears to have a lot of debris. this is what would make it complicated for it to completely dry for the storm drain. >> that may be a complication we have now. as you can see the area is surrounded by houses and cars. a lot of these houses especially this one here, you can see the garages under water. you can see the water line on the house. there will be a lot of cleanup to be done before they start answering a lot of questions as to exactly what caused the water main break. >> it appears the water has been shut off which is good news. now cleanup has to began. >> no kidding. it does not look like the kind of what you want to walk through. i

earlier yesterday afternoon. authorities also identify the officers were killed in the line of duty. police say sergeant loren butch baker, a 28 year-old veteran of the department leaves behind his wife and two daughters. >> and detective elisabeth butler, a 10 year veteran, was also killed, she leaves behind two young sons. police say, they were following up on it sexual assault investigation. >> the two officers killed had been conducting an investigation at the shooter's home. there were following up sexual assault investigation. they were dressed in plain clothes. during their investigation, an altercation between goulet and to detectives broke out. both detectives sgt baker and detective butler were shot and killed at the home. backup unit arrive shortly
